Thermal Inspection

Our infrared tests can be used to monitor and document pre and post building repair and building renovation conditions. Infrared inspection and infrared testing can also be used for building diagnostics, detection of water leakage behind exterior cladding systems such as stucco, brick, and stone, where it can show the water problem – water leakage source, and the location of water damage. Lead Paint Inspection

Lead exposure can come from a number of sources, including soil and water, but the most prevalent exposure in Maryland comes from lead-based paint found in residences built prior to 1978. In Maryland, lead poisoning is the most common childhood disease, however, lead poisoning is totally preventable. Some of the side effects of lead poisoning are mental retardation, hyperactivity, kidney problems, seizures and coma.
