Great service very informative, gives great advice and encourages questions and treats all as a learning experience. Extremely thorough and gave many suggestions on how to energy save inside the home. Took pictures and had them labeled in the report clearly. Also came with a free 90 day warranty on everything listen on inspection.

Chris was incredibly responsive. He was able to make time in his schedule to help me out with a days notice and also helped with finding an electrician. Chris was absolutely amazing. He walked me through each item during our home inspection around our future home, offering his expertise in ways to fix things, what should be outsourced and what I could likely fix myself. His multiple certifications made me feel so confident in his ability to identify all potential issues and how urgent/non-urgent they may be.
Chris was even able to point out minor things I could do to avoid future issues such as extending gutter drainage and cleaning components of the HVAC system.
With Baltimore Home Spec’s thorough review, I was able to organize an efficient project list of all of the necessary repairs I needed to do post-settlement and arrange them by how quickly each line item needed to be repaired.
